  • Led end-to-end user experience for money transfers across all major rails, including ACH, debit card, wire, and Real-Time Payments. 

  • Drove $1 billion in net deposits by defining product strategy and executing roadmap initiatives such as funding experience optimization and expansion of funding rails; outcomes validated through A/B testing.

  • Generated $13 million in financial impact by enhancing fraud controls through machine learning models and process automation—enabling higher trading volumes while reducing fraud losses.

  • Launched critical money transfer capabilities to support key firm-wide initiatives, including IRAs, managed accounts, and event contracts.

Goldman Sachs

  • Manage an online SMB platform with $400M portfolio, implement fraud/credit risk infrastructure, own the end-to-end user experience. 

  • Construct product roadmap and lead sprint planning. 

  • Own the relationship with platform partner Amazon and a key vendor, coordinate vendor to build multiple new functionalities for application tracking, improve review efficiency and capture over $5M additional booking.

  • Mediate application issues to ensure all decisions made within 30 days under Regulation B.

  • Design product to meet Fair Lending requirements by working closely with Legal & Compliance team.

  • Resolved a major pain point in loan collections by building an API solution to link customers' bank account with their loan account. Reduced delinquency for 100 accounts and cleared customer complaints to 0.

  • Set product vision and planned roadmap for a web platform that onboard clients to Mastercard’s digital payment service, winning The Presidents Award at Mastercard given to best client-facing application.

  • Defined KPIs and ensured product stability 99% of the time by taking quick actions based on data metrics including on-boarding status, product usage, and customer support efficiency.

  • Collaborated with regional teams to scale product to 1500 banks/Fin-tech companies globally.

  • Identified growth bottleneck through user interviews, proactively built features to help more users gain access which led to 50% user growth the next quarter.

  • Developed CRM strategy notifying clients about product service events using Salesforce, reduced customer support ticket queue by 20% and ensured product stability during the high growth.

  • Launched A/B Tests and User Tests to collect user feedback, created UX enhancements to improve customer satisfaction
