College life always has a lot going on. Want to discover fun events nearby and meet up with friends? The Chirp app has the easy solution.

Chirp is a mobile app I led a student team to build from 0 to 1 during college. I also ran product marketing campaigns on social media.
The Why
College students have busy life, there are lots of campus events, friends gatherings, etc, which often times lead to the following pain points:
Fractured availabilities of college students
Individual text messages are inefficient, no way to notify everyone quickly
Planning can be time-consuming, lack of
a way for spontaneous hangout
When students can't find time to hangout, friendship will be lost over time
Solution
Gather all your close friends to one place, a highly personal space of yours
When you have a plan in mind, notify all friends with one tap
Not sure what to do, browse every event happening nearby
Quick log in, just pick a funny user avatar and start meeting up with others

1. Add a Plan: A user can put in what he/she is up to next, or simply click the emojis that stand for different plans (grab food, chill, study together, etc).
This user now posts that he is free at 7pm today to grab food with any friend.
